First and foremost we have to recognize that every child, wanted or UN-wanted, is a child of God, created by God, in His image and likeness, as part of His plan, for His specific purpose. God does not make mistakes. Recognize also that you and I were created by this same God, our Father, which makes each and every child our brother or sister, in this time and place, as part of His specific plan. This is our battle we can and we should not evade. What would you do if your neighbor’s house were on fire? Would you say that you are not a firefighter and just look the other way? What if you witnessed a serious car crash? Would you just look away saying that you are not a paramedic or a cop? What would you do if a co-worker had a workplace accident? Would you walk away saying that it is not your department, not your job, not your responsibility or calling? What would you do if you saw a bully beating up on a small child? Or a schoolteacher physically abusing a child? Would you ignore it so you wouldn’t have to be involved? The fact that we are not hearing the silent screams of these innocent and voiceless infants being torn apart, limb by limb in their mothers womb, does not mean that this incredible cruel holocaust is not taking place. In fact, by us doing nothing, we are allowing this to continue, as countless women and teens, many of whom are Christians, believe it is OK to have an abortion, because we have been silent for so long. Silence indicates consent!Polls clam that the majority of Americans are pro-life. If so, then where are over 150 million who claiming to be pro-life? Where are they? In name only? Why is there such an urgent need for volunteers at Pregnancy Care Centers? Why are there only a handful of prayer saints at the killing centers? For the few, faithful sidewalk saints who pour out their hearts reaching out to mothers at the killing centers, in rain and heat and cold, steps away from the cruel death of a precious life and for the few and faithful that work with the abortion minded mothers at Pregnancy Care Centers, we salute you. God has a special place for you. God will use your every effort for His greater good. For all the dedicated persons who came here to this killing center with the 40 Days For Life in the fall of 2007, you were an inspiration of your faith in our city by giving witness with prayer and sacrifice, and that you would not allow innocent human unborn children to be slaughtered without an outcry of the most unjust murder of God’s least ones. Thank you for the good that you did. We intend to support the national 40 Days For Life again in 2008 from 24 September to 2 November, with continued prayer and fasting at this killing center, and will call on all persons in Corpus Christi to give witness to the greatest injustice of legalized murder in the city of the "Body of Christ." Please join and ask others to join you in this crusade to end the genocide of unborn children.
What Can We Do?
